Mentoring
- For people in tech who build products and services
- How you think about the product, its users and the business around it
- Lessons from 10+ years in tech, including the mistakes
Individual support in three formats, for professional and personal development.
I've spent over ten years in tech building products and leading the teams that build them. For the last five I have also been doing the part I enjoy most: sitting down with one person and helping them work out their next step.
Sometimes that means sharing what I know about products and the business around them. Sometimes it means asking questions and staying quiet until you find your own answer. And sometimes it's one focused conversation about one specific problem.
Whatever the format, it starts with a conversation, not a contract. The first session is free and without obligation, so we can both see whether it makes sense to continue.
We meet once, free of charge, to talk about where you are, what you want to change and what you've already tried. Usually online.
Together we set the direction and decide what fits best: coaching, mentoring or a consultation. Sometimes the honest answer is a different kind of support, and I'll say so.
Regular sessions or a single focused one, depending on what we agreed. We review progress along the way and adjust the format if your needs change.
